Re: Whats the best you got from cancellation department? I've never had any success with WOW lowering their prices for me when I call them. Even when I considered switching, I basically got a "Best of luck in the future Sir" response. I think that WOW knows that I was completely fed up with Comcast when I had them (Terrible customer service) and regardless of price of quantity of service...I'm not likely to move back to them anytime soon. While maybe not the absolute best service plan for the $, their customer service is FAR better and to me, that makes it all worth it. |
