It's very unlikely they would allow anychanges without moving you to one of the new capped plans. They want to get rid of those old uncapped plans ASAP. As for a device I would recommend checking out their implementation of the MiFi. I have read reviews of the device on Verizon, but the hardware is the same. -- -BKuhl
