Sugar Land TX packet loss and slow speed past two days

Since we setup windstream, we have been very happy. No problems in the past year, until yesterday.

We have sustained 20% packet loss to every site we visit and here is our average speed test: .68Mb/s download and .65 Mb/s upload. We normally get 2-3Mb/s download.

Modem has been rebooted and no improvement.

Call on Friday and was told a tech would be out over the weekend or by 8pm on Monday. Asked for a ticket number and was informed they do not use ticket numbers.

Today is Wednesday and no tech arrived. Major packetloss and very slow speeds (isdn). I'm less that 6k. Use to get 6mb/512 average.

Called today and was informed there is a dslam issue here at the main office that they recognized this past Monday.

Windstream increased their bandwidth and are now having these dslam issues. No eta on repair. Just told that I would receive a call when it is fixed.
