I'm confused. There's mention of Docsis 3.0 in this article, yet I'm pretty sure 25/2 speeds can be handled by Docsis 2.0 with no problem. So this is a new tier for existing 2.0 users right? One doesn't need a 3.0 modem for this to work? I've got friends in the cox San Diego market, hope they may seem some upgrades soon.
