I'm located in Fall River, MA and just got the new Ultra speed tier a week ago. Why only two and how do I fix this? 0_o

Yes, but shouldn't I see 4 channels for downstream instead of 2 since it's docsis 3.0?

The minimum amount to be considered bonding is 2 channels. Your CMTS may be configured to provide only 2 downstream channels on your segment as of now. CC doesn't have to provide all available bandwidth. That may change on your segment in future depending on demand.
