It is somewhere between you and the CMTS.<br><br>&#8226; Before you call your ISP, check all your connections and make sure that they are good and also tight. Any splitters?<br><br>&#8226; Pull the router and direct connect to the MODEM.  Reboot the MODEM and the box and run the speed tests and the LQT again.<br><br>&#8226; If the speeds are still good and your hop still shows an issue, call your ISP.
