| Re: Credit write-off how long ago was the write-off done, and are you still at the address listed on the account at the time of the write-off? If the write-off was done within the last 90 days it may still be getting processed, and if you've moved it may well have been sent to your old address, or to the mailing address if different. | |

| If you prefer the simpler response:
Call them and enquire, forcefully, about the balance on the account. And go payment by payment if needs be.
While it can take a while to process a cheque from them (what company likes paying money after all?) it doesn't hurt to find out whats going on.
