DSL out since last Thursday

Hi all,

The PPPoE light on my Netopia DSL box won't light, and when I open my browser, I get the Diagnostices page.

Ran thru all suggested troubleshooting tips.

Called Tech Support and they just ran me thru the standard troubleshooting steps. Didn't help.

Any ideas on what to do next? When I look on their site, it says there are known outages, but not exactly where.

I live in SF and my phone service is SBC/AT&T. Mac/Netopia box.
