<title>DSL out since last Thursday</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : Hi all,<br><br>The PPPoE light on my Netopia DSL box won't light, and when I open my browser, I get the Diagnostices page.<br><br>Ran thru all suggested troubleshooting tips.<br><br>Called Tech Support and they just ran me thru the standard troubleshooting steps. Didn't help.<br><br>Any ideas on what to do next? When I look on their site, it says there are known outages, but not exactly where.<br><br>I live in SF and my phone service is SBC/AT&T. Mac/Netopia box.]]></description>
