Seems to me that the criteria defining "failure" might be draconian efforts that do more to piss off end users and create an illusion of safety amongst the Truly Deluded and Hysterical than actually, ya know, doing anything useful.
And every time I hear someone cry "think of the children!" I'm never sure if they're against or FOR child pornography... |

As long as the list is secret it's a sure bet that the list is more about government tyranny and abuse than it is about the children. |
