I just got my weekly report from BBR regarding the free Charter HSI Line Monitoring... I had an outtage on 06/03/2009 approx. 2:30pm. It lasted for 30 minutes.
Well, my weekly report shows this...
Outage report as seen by new jersey USA ny-monitor.dslreports.com

I went and downloaded the details for the past week from BBR, and the CSV file clearly shows 100% packet loss 4 times on 06/03/2009.
Any idea why the weekly report wouldn't report the packet loss? Thanks in advance.
