I haven't been to the site in a long time. I know that when I signed up ages ago I did pay $10 and I'm sure I still have points left. I just tried to login with my account info, which is my email address and a password, and it said it wasn't valid. So I tried to set up a new account using the same email, and it tells me an account with that email already exists. So how do I reactivate my account?
