I had WB first and Cobalt second and still have them. Regardless of what anyone says, they are awesome! Download speeds are gargantuan most of the time. People answer the phone whenever I have ever called (not some cheap tape answering machine like WB). If you are looking for a solid core provider, these guys know what they are doing and have been here for about 8 year - their installer told me that they are all over the state.
