Terastation 1TB Raid Error and blinking drive lights

Pekkle : Guys, I seriously need some help. Recently I noticed my terastation was blinking red lights and beeping every 10minutes and upon inspection I found out the my drive 2 failed, and today I got a brand new WD 320GB drive to replace the defective 250GB drive, and I did restruucture drive and took about 6 hours to complete, now it shows status "normal" however no drive capacity and I noticed the all four disk lights are still blinking red and the diag light is blinking once every 4 seconds to indicate a Raid Error. BTW, I have configured as Raid 5 from the day one I bought the NAS thinking it's fail safe and put all the family pictures albums inside with my kids pictures, I am really affraid it's all lost now.. :( I am just so sad right now, don't know if this can be fixed by myself or I need to send it out for recovery. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!!
