Well... I just got an email from Cogeco saying I hit 100%. Problem is, I haven't been able to actually see my download status page for the past week - due to 'Not having an account'. If I'm billed, I'm calling Teksavvy or Bell up right away. |

I know if I was some leader in that company, someones head would roll until that shit got fixed. Agreed, seriously their web monkeys should have had this fixed last month. I assume that 100% warning is from 60,000MB which is different than 60GB? As long as I'm not billed for this I'm happy. |

| Probably will update soon. Updates are only daily and considering it's only 12 past midnight after the 1st of August, the first update is probably soon.
That's one reason I think a router monitor would be better for end users. Daily updates just aren't enough. |

1 edit | reply to NRG Looks like it's on the blink again because I'm only getting 0's for August 4th. Hopefully it's another free day.
Edit: Now it's not working at all. I also can't stand how long it takes to long when compared to the old system. Please speed it up guys... |

| reply to NRG Now www.cogeco.ca is down completely. I also love the rhetoric in the email they just sent out about increased speeds for no increase in price...even though they just raised the price. |

The tech support rep said I had nothing to worry about and did not open a ticket. He assured me I had nothing to worry about. I don't know about that. Good thing those tech support calls are recorded. Why do you think it's good that calls are recorded? Do you think they will give you access to them? In your dreams. Recordings are made to protect Cogeco, NOT us! |

While I'm not enlightened with Cogeco's internal policies, most domestic companies use them to determine quality of service for their CSR's, not 'protect' thsemselves. |
