Re: SS5200 - administration connectivity issues To reset it you have to hold the reset for longer than 4 seconds (just clicking it does nothing), but not longer than 10 seconds as that cancels the reset. When you see the Pwr LED flash red/green is when you let go.
Then you must be directly connected to the Modem with your PC setup for DHCP. Type in an open DOS Command Box "ipconfig" minus the quotes and read what the Default Gateway IP is listed there for the Ethernet adapter. Now type that IP into your Browser.
