(Time of call to tech June 12 7:10AM) Just got off the phone with tech support requesting them to open up a ticket for this. The tech support rep said I had nothing to worry about and did not open a ticket. He assured me I had nothing to worry about.

I don't know about that. Good thing those tech support calls are recorded.

Why do you think it's good that calls are recorded? Do you think they will give you access to them? In your dreams. Recordings are made to protect Cogeco, NOT us!

While I'm not enlightened with Cogeco's internal policies, most domestic companies use them to determine quality of service for their CSR's, not 'protect' thsemselves.
