[Speed] Insight 20.0 Clarksville IN Area

Within the last two weeks I've noticed considerable slow-downs between the hours of 6:00-10:00PM. Downloads between 100-250 KB/s, with online gaming out of the question out of the question due to latency. I've been a subscriber for years, but haven't had issues until I recently upgraded to 20.0/new modem. I've only noticed it between these hours, outside of this, service is/has been spot on! Anyone else having similar issues?

Below are my current signal levels,

*Downstream
SNR: 36.3
Power: 7.1 dBmV

*Upstream
Power: 55.0 dBmV

Thanks,
Dave

Humm.. I think that area of Indiana Shares the Louisville headend. I have been having slow downs too today. I wonder if they are doing work?

Your modem is at Max Transmit. The return should be no more than about 53dBmv. You may want to have a service call setup to fix that. Your forward levels are pretty high too, so your modem might be fed from an amp, which will always cause problems.
