[TWC] how to access signal levels for my cable modem??(col)

I know the ip address....but it is asking for an username & password.

What will be the username & password?

What is the Manufacturer and Model of the Modem?

Ex: For the Motorola SB-series, the 'Defaults' are:
Username: admin
Password: motorola
(all in Lowercase).

The SBVxxxx series modems require that combo; not the SBxxxx series.
