Knology is in the process of upgrading all Web Hosting for both business and residential customers. hopefully, this upgrade will normalize the speeds of the resd. side.

| FYI this upgrade is being done to there web servers for hosting people/business websites. It has nothing at all to do with our modems.
I still say stop waiting around for Comcast & Mediacom and deploy DOCSIS 3.0 already.
DOCSIS 1.1 is dead! |

| I hear ya Big! My speeds have actually gotten better the past week or so however. I can now hit upper 4s, mid 5s most times now. Better than the 2s-3s I was getting before. My upload has dropped but I'll take that over download speed anyday!!!
