Knology is in the process of upgrading all Web Hosting for both business and residential customers. While our goal is to make this as seamless as possible, there will be some customers that will need to contact our support group to complete their transition. If you are unable to access your web space or your password no longer works, please contact our Technical Support Team at 877-Knology.

FYI this upgrade is being done to there web servers for hosting people/business websites. It has nothing at all to do with our modems.

I still say stop waiting around for Comcast & Mediacom and deploy DOCSIS 3.0 already.

DOCSIS 1.1 is dead!

I hear ya Big! My speeds have actually gotten better the past week or so however. I can now hit upper 4s, mid 5s most times now. Better than the 2s-3s I was getting before. My upload has dropped but I'll take that over download speed anyday!!!
