Please post that log along with your HijackThis log, and as you already ran it, the log from ComboFix (combofix.txt). The reason it's not intended by the author to be used on your own is because if used improperly, not under the guidance of a trained Helper, it could result in an unbootable system.
If you ran an online scan, please post that log also.
