how about you reformat your question like this: "please quote a 2xT1 at {street address with city state and ZIP}, with land line phone number starting with XXX-XXX, with or without carrier provided router, in a commercial or residential address, requiring a minimum of X IP addresses, with 1/2/3 year term. My current provider is Y and my current monthly cost is Z." This will bypass the philosophical discussion and get you actionable information!
