Re: Why bother? I suppose that the freeloader would argue, in his defence, were he actually charged with "theft of service", that, there being no loss, he took nothing? You said, originally, "It still does not cause the theater to lose money in any fashion." I am merely pointing out that there is a loss of revenue, which is some "fashion" of loss.
