Also since their datacenter upgrade from what I have heard the service has been pretty reliable.
In the past few years I haven't heard of any serious issue moreover they always had software offerings for providers etc. They were always a solid choice for backbone, I believe.

The new Virginia server farm has been rock solid since the move last year as well. This is separate from Newshosting though.
