This is not fiber
This is copper based technology that is gonna give you faster download but same upload as ADSL
who cares about upload right?
100/1 is awesome 
1000/1 is even better

I doubt most surewest user are going to see anything faster then what their currently have now... its a last attempt to keep dsl technology above water
fiber is the future not copper based on inferior technology
by the time i have 50mbps in a year or two most ppl would be happy that they are surfing at 12/2 on comcast or att, rr, cox with similar speed
