Back to your question, though: I use State Farm for auto (2 years) and renters' (7 years). They've been good, but my experience is limited because I haven't had any claims. -- If everything seems to be going well, you've obviously overlooked something.
I appreciate the feedback from everyone. The claims question is something I am asking all the agents. What happens if I have a claim on home or auto? Allstate did this with the auto years back on auto. Then suddenly a few years after that people left. They came out with accident forgiveness program.
