The voice mail call shows up as email. I click "open", and my Esmart Security checks. A window opens stating unrecognized audio format.

@sbcglobal.net		 voice mail calls show up on my email as wav files but when I try to open to listen to audio -- "Unsupported audio format".
I'm technically challenged. Any help appreciated.
