I concur. And for some reason, almost everyone around me can get the higher speeds but my little chunk of the Urbandale area. There are upgraded boxes everywhere I look but here, and every time I check the system I'm still stuck at 1.5. Until then, I stay with Mediacom. 10/1 beats 500/896 (which is the last train speed I have on record).
