 xpox join:2004-06-21 canada | (Time of call to tech June 12 7:10AM) Just got off the phone with tech support requesting them to open up a ticket for this. The tech support rep said I had nothing to worry about and did not open a ticket. He assured me I had nothing to worry about.
I don't know about that. Good thing those tech support calls are recorded. |

While I'm not enlightened with Cogeco's internal policies, most domestic companies use them to determine quality of service for their CSR's, not 'protect' thsemselves. |
