I do not want to be a P.I.T.A. but I get frustrated seeing so many advertisements today that say you can get a free thing, but in the fine print it says you have to buy something to get the free thing. I would think that only Cablevision customers with an active broadband account would have access to Cablevision's Wi-Fi Network. Therefore the service is not free. It might be more accurate to say Cablevision added a incentive to their broadband service that allows their broadband customers access to their broadband Wi-Fi network at no additional cost.
