I'm on 91 West/1070 also. I get the red X's on RTT about the same times as you. On the Pro Plan my speeds have been great for the last couple of years. Now the speed starts dropping mid morning to about 300 - 500 all day. If things don't improve, I will change plans hoping to get on another transponder.
