Chicago, IL | why att does things like this lol :) lol here is my story, i bought iphone 3g like about a week ago, and i saw they came out with new iphone 3gs so i went back to see if i can get the 150 price different between the 299 i paid and the new 149 price. The sales who helped me before trying to give me back 150, but his manager only allow 100, so i call ATT try to see if i can get credit that way, they said even tho the refund should be 150 but it is up to the store to give w.e the hell they want to pay back and told me i can bring the phone back return it since it is has 30days full refund on it and buy it again for the price i want, only down side to this is i lost the number i got already + 36 activation fee and they get used phone. I mean it is a lose-lose situation, why wouldnt the damn att store just give back what they should. |
