A node is a node whether it's in the CO or a remote; there's little difference between a DSLAM in a CO and an RT. FTTN (as in Fiber to the Node) refers to how it's fed- by fiber instead of coax or copper.
By that definition, 768kbitps ADSL, even 128kbitps ISDN, will be FTTN if its fed from a fiber RT.
