Run Two Speed Tests from the two DIFFERENT cities nearest to you that are listed here: Speakeasy POPs

Note your transfer rate after about 30 seconds. Then cancel the download.

Post the URL for the New Tweak Test. For the TWO Speakeasy Tests, Copy and Paste the speed results from those tests and note the speed from the FTP download test.

• The RWIN is not set to what I suggested.

• It does not matter that much since this is not a tweaking issue.

• Can you connect the box directly to the MODEM and test from there?

• Has this issue been there from day one or did it just start?

• Are you running any SW firewall?

This problem started about a year ago.
It happens with wifi and when I am directly connected to the modem. I am not running any sw firewall, but I am running spybot

• I have/am using Spybot without any issue. Did you immunize? Try booting when it is disabled and see if that does anything. Remember to disable Tea Timer as this is part of Spybot.

• Can you please retweak with the settings above?

• Are your NIC properties set to auto or 100/Full?
