When I first turn on my laptop I run a speed test from speakeasy.net and get a dl speed of around 17megs.  If I goto youtube, the video starts out fine, but becomes choppy after a minute.  I then run the speed test and get 3megs dl.<br><br>Anyone have any thoughts on what is going on?<br>I have run many hardware diagnostics test and everything looks good.  This happens if I am directly connected to my router or using the wireless.<br><br>Thanks<br>Randy]]></description>
