Smith, you are fast--Thanks Just got off the phone w/ Frontier Guy was very nice. My DL/UP speeds were fine,he checked modem stats and compared DS SNR-28.5 & DS Atten.-30.5 in GATEWAY HEALTH(wish i knew what that was) & said those looked good When we did an extended ping to yahoo.com we got 10% packet loss so he said he put in a ticket for packet loss and understood my frustration as he was an online gamer also-LOL He also said I had a bridged modem...hmmm I'll have to look that up. Thanks
Great that the guy helped you out and turned out to be a gamer (I'm a gamer as well ). Let us know if anything improves -- It's all fun and games in a Team Fortress 2 battle until your sentry gun is sapped by the Spycrab!
