Trying to work with U-verse people on a year-old problem; thought the stats may be helpful if they could track down a timeframe that coincides with something that they have done.

Right now, they are spinning there wheels with all sorts of techs and levels of support for the 3rd time in a year.

Does BBR keep arhieved line monitor stats. It has been running since you started offering free such service to new U-verse customers.
