| OT Remark As a Verizon customer, I take advantage of every opportunity, however tangentially appropriate, to excoriate them for the mendacious, incompetent, indifferent plankheads that they are. After my numerous Kafkaesque transactions with Verizon, I would like to take that Verizon technical "guy" and drop him in the middle of an anti-cellular riot, (which I would, happily, organize), with only a Verizon cellular phone with which to telephone for help.
