Apparently we must have boost here now for all roadrunner speed tiers just seen a commerical for time warner saying that its free with roadrunner thats the only explanation. A Friend has the 5 meg and the upload rate went from 384 kbps to 768 kbps so maybe their fixing to up the speed not sure.]]></description>
