Re: Static IP address I bet WOW loves customers like you guys. Static means exactly that static, unchanging, permanente. When I signed up for it they didn't say "pay us 10.00 a month for a static Ip address and oh BTW we reserve the right to change it when ever we wish" no sane person would pay for that now would they?. The fact that it did change means that whatever safeguards that were supposed to be in place that justified the monthly payment were not and I see no reason why I should not be reimbursed.
