Good Example, there is still a large pool of cool water seeping down from the Artic along the African Coastline that is preventing any storm formation.<br><br>North America and Northern Europe should be cooler with more snow. Today it is snowing in the central Sierras and Rockies. That hasn't happened in June since June 1-3, 1951.<br><br>The office says the only other years with three days in a row of high temperatures below 60 in June are 1917, 1935, and 1937. <strong>There are no such four-day cold snaps on record.</strong><br><br>The Twin Cities streak went from Saturday to Monday. It's expected to end on Tuesday as the National Weather Service forecast highs in the middle 60s.<br><br>The high temperature of 52 degrees on Saturday set a record as the lowest high temperature for that date.<br><hr><br><small>--<br>They Live...
