[netopia] New Netopia 3347 rejects incoming requests

We have a small office with Netopia 3347, 1 Microsoft SBS, and 8 XP clients + 3 remote RDC users. AT&T provides 5 static IP's which we use as WAN IP address (for three different devices) and the internal scheme is 192.168.X.X

Recently we found our old Cayman 3500 router was going bad (after 7 years of strong service!) and we called AT&T to replace it. The AT&T tech installed a Netopia 3347 and configured it and seemingly all was well. Until we noticed that incoming emails stopped flowing and the senders were getting notices that email was blocked by ATT. (Sorry I lost the email with the details). Also cannot access the webpage on the server and cannot connect using RDC from the outside of the LAN.

I changed back to the old Cayman router and the emails started working again.

AT&T reps are trying to help, but...

Any ideas?? AT&T says they've tried everything they can.
