<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/637748"><b>David</b></A> : Not sure and I ran into the problem just a bit ago, but apparently my magicjack wouldn't connect this morning kept saying something like<br><br><i> Please restart you MagicJack and try again(Error 401) </i><br><br>Anyway I reported what I had to chat, after trying another machine and rebooting both of them, they advised that I didn't get the upgrade, or it didn't take. <br><br>anyway I got the upgrade file, and the agent had to reset my number and then I could make a call. <br><br>I attached the upgrade file I got if anyone needs it. <br><br><small>edit: added exact error I was getting </small><br><br><small>--<br>If you have a topic in the direct forum please reply to it or a post of mine, I get a notification when you do this. <br><A HREF="http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,12602989~mode=flat">Koetting Ford, Granite City, illinois...
