Try logging in to your my.magicjack.com webpage. When you enter your email address (alternative to your MJ phone number), it should remember your old account and offer you a chance to pay for more service.
Plugging in your old MJ should also bring up a link to my.magicjack.com where you have to pay for continued service. |
