Motorola SB6120 -- Frequent modem lock-ups

cshumway join:2001-12-05 Concord, CA	Motorola SB6120 -- Frequent modem lock-ups Hello Motorola forum, I have a Motorola SB6120 attached to Astound cable. When the unit is up, it works great. Speeds are decent and reliable. However, the unit seems to lock up about every 12-24 hours or so. When it locks up, I'm unable to ping its management IP address of 192.168.100.1. Power cycling the modem seems to be the only way to get it up again. daveinpoway Premium join:2006-07-03 Poway, CA	I recall reading in another forum that there were various problems with earlier firmware for this modem. Has your ISP sent out updated firmware? Note that you cannot update the modem's firmware- only your ISP can do it.

The modem isn't recognizing the Config file that is being pushed.
