Poway, CA		 I recall reading in another forum that there were various problems with earlier firmware for this modem. Has your ISP sent out updated firmware?

Note that you cannot update the modem's firmware- only your ISP can do it.

The modem isn't recognizing the Config file that is being pushed. Call Astound and ask them if this modem is supported by them with a corrected Config file specifically for an SB6120.

I've swapped it out for a SB5101 that has been stable for over 24 hours now.
