I myself have contacted Raidialpoint (and Bell who used to SELL this garbage). No reply ever from Radial point. Bell said its beyond the scope of their support (even though they charged people for this "security" app) and Radial point has deleted their forum a few times now.
I was wondering when a tech would talk up.
Anyhow, as for the crashes, non-authentication with radial-points servers (yes this app communicates with radial point and must connect to them even if you turn off do not send data check mark, regardless what you read here: »Re: New Service? - Rogers Online Protection), and a host of other problems (unipopuphidden heh), I suggest that Rogers techs start learning how to support this app and/or be open and share all you find (unlike Bell). |
