Buffering issue with WOW , Troy, MI

jjanarth6 join:2003-07-04 Tucson, AZ 1 edit	Buffering issue with WOW , Troy, MI I moved houses and got WOW few days back and on the 15/2 plan. My speed test shows. How ever the issue is with streaming videos from sites like YouTube. The content keeps buffering a lot. Before I moved to MI, I was on a COX plan and never had the issue of buffering like this. Any thoughts on this ? Jay
