Buffering issue with WOW , Troy, MI

I moved houses and got WOW few days back and on the 15/2 plan. My speed test shows.

How ever the issue is with streaming videos from sites like YouTube. The content keeps buffering a lot.

Before I moved to MI, I was on a COX plan and never had the issue of buffering like this.

Any thoughts on this ?

It's not too bad. I think it's YouTube or other problem.
