Y2kXLTSport : FWIW:
Had an AT&T tech come out and check my line today, install a new splitter and NID. He told me at the door that my service would never be any faster. After talking a few minutes he told me i had to request to be moved to the RT that is 1000 ft down the street from me rather than the CO. I thought i'd already done that and been moved, but apparently not. So, theoretically, in 10 days or less, i will be provisioned out of the close RT.
--
Let's Roll 9-11-01

Y2kXLTSport : I just replaced my speedstream 4100 with a Motorola modem from AT&T store due to slowing download speeds. Got my speeds up from 300k/300k to 780k/300k on the 1.5mb plan. Was on chat with AT&T for an hour, they agreed to create a trouble ticket, then said a software glitch prevented them from creating :(. They also said the line was capped, but couldn't say why and couldn't do anything about it..

Suggestions?
--
Let's Roll 9-11-01
